You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other person.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We have made every effort to display our products accurately. However, the colours or appearance of a product may differ depending on the device you use to access the store.

All product descriptions may be modified at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time.

The statutory warranty applicable to new products is 3 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU) and Directive (EU) 2019/771. This warranty cannot be waived and prevails over any limitation stated in these Terms.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason. Your order will not be considered accepted until you receive a confirmation from us.

We recommend that you review your order carefully before completing the purchase. If we do not accept or if we cancel an order, we will notify you by email at the address you have provided.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy, available in the store.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable price will be the one in force at the time the order is placed, which will be confirmed in the confirmation email.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, published prices do not include taxes, shipping costs, or import or customs charges.

You agree to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date payment information. You declare that you are duly authorised to use the payment method employed.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Stated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs procedures, or events beyond our control.

The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the buyer at the moment the product is physically delivered. While the product is in transit, the risk remains with us.

All content in this store, including texts, images, logos, designs, and any other material, is protected by intellectual property rights. Its use is permitted for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

This store is powered by Shopify. However, any sale or purchase you make is carried out directly with The Weenie Nest. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the transactions between you and The Weenie Nest, including any damage or loss arising from the purchase of products or services.

Since the services are hosted by Shopify, this platform also collects and processes personal information in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Products sold through The Weenie Nest carry the statutory warranty applicable in each case under current legislation. In Spain and the European Union, new products have a minimum statutory warranty of 3 years from delivery.

If you receive a defective or non-conforming product, you have the right to its repair, replacement, a price reduction, or termination of the contract, in accordance with Articles 118 et seq. of the TRLGDCU and Directive (EU) 2019/771.

Any warranty limitation stated in this store shall always be understood as without prejudice to the non-waivable rights granted by the consumer protection legislation of your country of residence.

SECTION 17 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

This limitation does not in any case affect the non-waivable rights granted by the consumer protection legislation of your country of residence. In particular, we do not limit or exclude our liability for damage caused by defective products under Directive 85/374/EEC and its implementing legislation.

SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, or damage arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your improper use of the services.

SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is declared unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

SECTION 20 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreement.

SECTION 21 – ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

SECTION 22 – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's place of residence, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Consumers residing in the European Union may at all times rely on the mandatory consumer protection provisions in force in their country of residence, which shall prevail over these Terms in all respects that are more favourable.
